This beautiful heritage building in the heart of Wanganui was an absolute pleasure to work on. I had fantastic bones to work with and the brief was to bring this elegant old lady into the 21st century while retaining a nod to her history. The honey moon suite is moody yet inviting with its beautiful grey walls and pops of colour in the fabrics used. The other rooms have a Florence Broadhurst pattern running through them in the gorgeous sheers on the window and cushions on the beds. The colours are gentle yet fresh, inviting and soothing, a great place for the weary traveler to rest their tired bones.
